We agree which sources it can use, who it may contact and which messages need approval. The build is designed around your sales process and the tools that hold your customer information—not a separate chatbot your team has to babysit.

Before work starts, we agree on the scope, price and what the agent must demonstrate. A build includes the agreed connections, testing against real tasks and a handover explaining how to use it, change its rules and stop it. Ongoing software, hosting and support costs are discussed separately so you know what you are committing to.

A few practical questions.
How much does an AI agent cost?
The price depends on the job, the systems it needs to connect to and the level of testing and support. I agree on scope and price with you before work begins, including which ongoing tool costs sit outside the build. Describe the business need first; you do not need a technical specification to ask.
Can we begin with a prototype?
Yes. If an important part is uncertain, we can test it with a focused prototype before committing to a larger build. We agree what it must demonstrate using examples from your business.
Can it work with the software we already use?
That is the starting point. I check the connection options, permissions and data available in your existing software before promising an integration. You do not need to replace a system simply to add AI.
What if it makes a mistake?
AI can make mistakes. We set boundaries, test realistic cases and decide which actions need your approval. The agent should ask for help when information is missing, and your team must be able to review, correct or stop its work.
